iTime-iTR iTime iTR is Amano’s software as a service solution providing SME’s with an online Time and Attendance environment.

 

Employees use a phone, a badge or a computer to create clockings.  Xphone, the IVR solution for clockings by IP phone, provides a means to manage the worked hours of an off site employee.

 

The typical time and attendance needs like shift schedules, overtime time rules, absence management, reporting and payroll exports are supported in a flexible way.

 

The administrator is provided with a web based user interface to manage the employees from any location and any computer in the world.  This also allows for easy remote support by Amano or the distributor.

 

The day to day employee management can be enhanced with additional services like workplace management, where “employee planning” can be organized and monitored without influencing the time and attendance rules.

 

While existing solutions with on-site installations require a substantial initial investment, iTime iTR provides a straight forward rental model for both management system and hardware device.  This way the cost can be spread over time.

 

On-site updates of software and hardware are no longer required.  iTime iTR is hosted on a central system managed by Amano.  This way the user no longer faces security risks or computer hardware failures.

 

The user benefits from the regular updates and add-ons, offering interesting services that will allow faster and more efficient employee management.
